Jesse Monroy Mashaw, M.B.A. has been teaching ServSafe © Food Safety Manager and TiPS © Alcohol Awareness training courses since 2007. With a strong hotel and restaurant management background, Jesse brings a wealth of hands-on experience to the practical application of food safety principles. Teaching classes for a wide array of demographics from coast to coast has been a continued pleasure.

Jesse earned an M.B.A. in Marketing from the University of Massachusetts as well as C.F.B.E. from the American Hotel & Lodging Association.
